  1. For continued growth and success, Business has to have empathy to the Customer. As is said, “A satisfied Customer is repeat Customer”. Customer satisfaction can be achieved by Quality and Permanence. Quality can be achieved through Research, Innovation and up to date Technology. Permanence is tough part, even having Quality Product; permanence depends on operating conditions, fuel qualities and lubricating oils viz. Engine Oil, Transmission Oil, Gear Oil, Hydraulic Oil or Greases. Under manufacturer warranties, a Customer puts its trust on Manufacturer’s approved OILS and specified FUELS. Even under ideal conditions, Permanence is fated. Customer faces increased maintenance, repairs, downtime, income loss— a Disgruntle Customer.
    Can Permanence be increased?
The answer lies in Manufacturers paying attention to Submicron Lubricants and Fuel Treatments to permeate the Metal. “Dry Starts, Friction and Heat, Excessive Wear, Fuel Consumption and Pollution can be reduced 40-60%”. The result would be, “Better Fuel Economy”, “Lower Maintenance”, “Reduced Pollution”, “More Power” and “Efficient & Better Performing Brands”
Any questions or suggestions, most welcome !
