Mercedes-Benz India registered 27% sales growth during the first quarter of year 2014(January to March) at 2554 retail units sold against 2009 units sold during January to March 2013.

We will continue to create new benchmarks in modern luxury to drive sustainable growth for the ‘Three Pointed Star’ in India.
“We witnessed surging demand for the new S-Class, ML-Class and GL-Class, all of which are currently waitlisted, even after producing them locally. Additionally, our New Generation Cars portfolio comprising the A-Class and B-Class continues to witness significant demand as India embraces “compact luxury”. Our volume drivers continue to be the C-Class and the new E –Class as they continue to enjoy customer preference in the luxury sedan segment”. Mr. Kern further added.
Global Sales Overview
The A-Class, B –Class along with CLA ranges tops the major contributors for sales of sales closely contested by the C-class and SLK ranges.
From a global perspective Western Europe is the most productive market for Mercedes Benz followed by Asia.
