Ford Company sold 5,661 vehicle in domestic market with 28% de growth. Impressive growth in export by Ford India in November 2014. It registered 71% growth. Company export 7,101 vehicle in November 2014.
To improve sales in domestic market, Ford has started special campaign called "Diwali Return" for December 2014 month. This campaign is running on electronic media also to attract the buyers.
– Ford India has appointed its first exclusive retail distributor for Ford genuine parts in Delhi region (NCR)– Eminent Auto Parts in November 2014. Customers will get advantages for such services. In next phase this will extended to Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and East of India region also to provide quality and original auto parts.
– Ford is taking more steps in after sales area to fulfill customers expectation by strengthening its sales and After sales. Chandigarh tri-city and Punjab in the past month.
