Honda passenger vehicle registered highest monthly sales in January of FY 15. It sold 18,331 units in first month of 2015 compare to 15,714 in January 2014. Honda registered 17% double digit growth.
There is noticeably improvement in Honda Amaze Car sales in January 2015. Honda is promoting heavily this model on electronic media and it reflects good sales number. Honda city growth bit lower compare to last month.Honda BRIO, its small car registered de growth of 6%, Honda CRV also shown de growth of 50%.
Honda car India has upgraded its two products, Amaze and BRIO. Amaze enriched with a new VX(O) grade featuring the Audio-Video Navigation. The new grade will be positioned above the existing VX grade in Manual Transmission in both petrol and diesel. To push pRIO sales it is coming with a new VX grade. Amaze sold 1.25 lakh units in pan India since April 2013. It is powered by the 1.5L i-DTEC diesel engine and 1.2L i-VTEC petrol engine. In its segment, it is having affordable product position. Honda BRIO which is premium small hatchback car sold 70,000 units.
