The total sales for Tata Motors in the month of March 2014 stood at 51,184 units compared to 72,712 units during March 2013 registering de-growth of 30%. The domestic sales for March 2014 were 45,996 units as against 69,160 units in March 2013, registering 33% de-growth. Exports grew by 46% in March 2014 at 5,188 units against 3,552 units in March 2013.
For FY 2013-14, the total sales stood at 566,695 units against 810,086 units during the same period of previous financial year registering 30% decline. The domestic sales in FY 2013-14 were down by 32% at 516,803 units against 759,255 units sold during previous financial year. The exports fall by 2% at 49,892 units for FY 2013-14 against 50,831 units in FY 2012-13.
Commercial Vehicles
Sales of commercial vehicles in March 2014 in the domestic market were 33,356 units against 56,813 units for March 2013, registering 41% drop. The domestic sales of Commercial Vehicles for FY 2013-14 stood at 378,348 units against 537,143 units during FY 2012-13, registering a decline of 30%.
Passenger Vehicles
Sales of Passenger Vehicles for March 2014 grow by 2%, with 12,640 units against 12,347 units sold during March 2013. The sales for FY 2013-14 is down by 38% with 138,455 units against 222,112 units sold during FY 2012-13.

A very useful info for the persons related to the Auto Industry. Since me from CV background, would request/suggest to have a little more detailed data of TML in CV w.r.t segment wise / state wise sale. This to my understanding will go a long way in establishing and understanding the trend and the data as well.
