The total sales for Bajaj auto for the month of November 2013 including exports stood at 310,591 units against 372,293 units in November 2012 registering 17% de-growth. Motorcycles sales fall by 15% for November 2013 with 278,703 units sold against 326,727 units in November 2012. Three wheeler sales were 31,888 units in November 2013 against 45,566 units during the same month of previous year, declining by 30%. Total exports for the month saw 8% raise at 133,731 units for November 2013 against 124,115 units in November 2012.
The total sales for April to November period of fiscal year 2013-14 for Bajaj Auto stood at 2,636,519 units against 2,911,974 units during same period of previous year, registering 9% de-growth. Sales of motorcycles drop by 10% during April to November period of FY 2013-14 and stood at 2,336,467 units against 2,599,060 units during same period of previous financial year. Three wheeler sales for YTD FY 2013-14 sales recorded 4% de-growth at 300,052 units against 312,914 units during the same period of FY 2012-13. The exports for April to November period of 2013 de-grow by 2% with 1,035,346 units against 1,056,136 units during the same period in FY2012-13.
