Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) sold 48,704 units during the month of  July 2013 as against 52,845 units in July 2012, registered an 8% reduction.

The company had sold 25,965 units in domestic market during the July 2013 as against 27,585 units in July 2012 and witnessed 6% de-growth. The exports fell by 10% for July 2013 with 22,739 units as against 25,260 units in July 2013.

The year-to-date sales for financial year 2013-14 stood at 217,181 units and remains flat as in comparison with same period of the previous financial year. Domestic sales for the financial year 2013-14 to date is down by 3% with 121,080 units as against 125,115 units during the same period of 2012-13. Exports stay positive at 4% for year-to-date fy 2013-14 as against same period of previous financial year.
